How to upload floorplan
You can upload your own floorplan that will be used as a background for the Round Chart (Premium account required).
Allowed file extensions are: png, jpg, gif, max allowed size is 2MB.
The center of the image should be also the center of the building, this way the image will perfectly fit the chart.
Recommended image size is 800 x 800 px exactly, this way the image will not be automatically resized, so the quality will be best. But other size is also accepted and will be converted.
You can switch on/off the color coding to get more readible chart.
We also recommend the floorplan does not have too many details so that the chart is more clear. Walls should preferably be thick enough to be clearly visible.
You can also adjust the floorplan rotation angle ("Plan rotation" option). Recommended setting is: Plan rotation: 0, Chart orientation: Facing on top, and your floorplan has its facing wall exactly on the top of the image with no rotation. This way the chart will get the perfect fit.
Your floorplan will be kept on our server for 1 year only. We are planning to work on this feature in the future, if you have any suggestion please contact me.
